**SIREP OASIS NEXUS TECH DZ** est un projet national algérien innovant visant à transformer l'agriculture saharienne grâce à l'intégration des énergies renouvelables et des technologies intelligentes.

- ☀️ **Énergie Solaire & CSP** – Systèmes de concentration solaire optimisés.
- 💧 **Gestion de l'Eau** – Irrigation intelligente par capteurs IoT.
- ⚡ **Supervision SCADA** – Monitoring en temps réel des infrastructures.
- 🌾 **Souveraineté Alimentaire** – Revitalisation des oasis algériennes.

## 🏛️ Statut Administratif, Juridique et Opérationnel
- Le projet est porté par **MAHROUG ERRAS BELKACEM** en tant que fondateur et auto-entrepreneur.
- Le parcours institutionnel retenu est: **Auto-Entrepreneur → Startup → SARL**.
- Le cadre de propriété intellectuelle inclut **INAPI Patent N° 5893/2025** et **Brevet N° 142965**, avec une stratégie de protection internationale selon le portefeuille déclaré.
- Le périmètre foncier annoncé couvre **50 hectares** pour le déploiement progressif du modèle SIREP.
- Statut actuel: **phase expérimentale (Pilot / POC)** simulant l'étude prévisionnelle du projet avant extension commerciale.

- Communication orientée impact: résilience des oasis, sécurité hydrique, souveraineté alimentaire et inclusion socio-économique.
- Les indicateurs affichés sur le portail servent à la démonstration technico-fonctionnelle en phase pilote.
- Les données publiques ne constituent ni offre contractuelle, ni promesse ferme de performance commerciale.

## 💻 Statut Logiciel & Données
- La plateforme numérique est en **développement actif** avec modules SCADA/IoT et couches d'IA appliquée.
- Les flux de télémétrie visibles peuvent inclure des données de simulation, d'étalonnage et de validation.
- Le passage à une exploitation de production sera annoncé après validation technique, réglementaire et opérationnelle.
